BCRSequipment makes every effort to provide our customers with the correct equipment and supply items for their needs. We encourage you to email or call any questions you might have prior to ordering.

Important info on freight deliveries:

  • Items weighing greater then 70lbs will need to be delivered by a freight company. These are different from ground services (UPS, FedEx) and require a few important steps!
  • We will ship these only to a "commercial address", with a loading dock or access to a forklift.
  • You may use a ship to address that is commercial if you have made special arrangements with the company. Please have their info noted on checkout. Also you can ship to your work address if they have a loading dock, or fork lift.
  • Another option is to pick-up at the nearest terminal. We can ship the freight to the nearest terminal depending on freight carrier (UPS Freight, Roadway, YRC) and they will contact you when it is available for pick-up. Our staff can assist in finding the nearest freight terminal from the corresponding freight carrier.
  • When signing for your order inspect package(s). If damage is present refuse shipment or take action with delivery service.
  • A signature will be required for this shipment, someone must be present to unload and sign. Note the above statement regarding damage, any damage must be noted upon receiving.

Import info on warranty information:

If ording equipment it will have a limited manufacturer's warranty. If you are located outside the state of Wisconsin you will need to bring this to your nearest dealer approved authorized service center for any/all warranty work. We can assist you in finding the nearest authorized service center. Please consider this when purchasing equipment.


  1. When signing for your order inspect package(s). If damage is present refuse shipment or take action with delivery service.
  2. "FREE FREIGHT" is allowed on standard shipments ONLY. Expedited shipping will be subject to additional freight charges (UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air).
  3. All "FREE FREIGHT" is within the Continental US only, Hawaii and Alaska will incur additional charges.
  4. Free shipping is not applicable for special orders or parts orders.

Freight Deliveries

  1. Items that are marked as "FREE FREIGHT" and weighing greater than 70 pounds will need to go via freight line. "FREE FREIGHT" applies to "Curbed Side Delivery" to commercial locations. "Curbed Side Delivery" means the customer must have proper means to unload the order (receiving dock or forklift). "FREE FREIGHT" is only to commercial locations and will not apply to Residential delivery, Tail-Gate, Change of Address which will result in additional charges on the invoice. If requested BCRSequipment can arrange that the freight line contact you prior to delivery.
  2. Terminal Pick Up is also sometimes available. If you choose not to have your shipment sent to a Business address or Residential Address this is a good alternative. Different terminals have different hours of operation. Call or email for local terminal phone numbers to call ahead and have your order ready for you at the dock.
  3. Residential deliveries or inside delivery may incur additional charges.


  1. In the event that an item needs to be returned for credit there will be a 25% restocking fee charged to your account. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in an unused condition with the original packaging and documents and have a RMA#. Returns that don't meet these criteria will be considered property of the customer and shipped back at the customer's expense with no credit given. If needing a return please contact us at for RMA #.
  2. We will not accept returns on parts orders!
  3. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item to BCRSequipment.
  4. No returns will be accepted without authorization from BCRSequpment. Contact us and we will provide you with a RMA# prior to returning an item.
  5. If an order is canceled prior to shipment, a 100% refund will be given.

Credit Card Fraud

We take credit card fraud seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will contact you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled.

Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
